Application of Digital Signature to Misc invoices only

Dear colleagues,

According to the Russian legislation, we only need to apply digital signature for incoming invoices and only for third paties (non-airlines). Is there a setting in the airline's provide in IS to apply such a configuration? If not will be able to set the application of digital signature for Misc invoices only?

best regards
Alexei

Dear Alexei,

Thanks you for the information on legal requirement in Russia for e-Invoicing.

SIS parameters to trigger DS do not cover the requirement as you described and we do not distinguish the different streams of invoicing (P M C U).

On top of that we need our DS provider to be able to sign with RU requirements for DS, so this will need a roll out period.

I will contact you directly to get more details and link on legal requirements in RU.

Thanks your active cooperation.

Best Regards

Bruno
