File expiry

How longs does files stay on iiNET / IS-WEB and available for retrieval?

Do they 'expire after a while?

Hi Nadia,

Depends on what you mean by files. Transactions data will remain in SIS for the entire period in which they can be rejected. Supporting documents, therefore, will remain in SIS until the validity of their linked transactions.

Output files generated by SIS – e.g. IS-IDEC/IS-XML zip files, Offline Archive Files, etc. – will remain in the system for 60 days.

Rgds,

Ashley
