Participation Agreement sending to IATA, Montreal

Please, on Monday, we'll send two signed original (hard copy) of PA to IATA, Montreal. Queries:
1. Do we have to attach Annex1 and Schedule Plan also in hard copy? Or Schedule Plan and Annex1 are to be sent only by e-mail together with scanned PA?
2. Do we have to send Attachment B also if, at this moment, we will not need any of offerred services and we have tick them as OFF?
3. Can we start with using of some offerred services in attach B, at some later stage, next year, on example?
Pls advise. Thanks and brgds, Vera

Dear Vera,

Please find the answers to your questions as follows:

1.    Annex 1 and the Schedule of Implementation plans need not be sent in hard copy – you may simply send these to SIS Operations via email along with the signed IS Participation Agreement. The agreement itself, however, would need to be sent in both soft copy and hard copy as per the instructions in the SIS Joining Requirements Checklist.

2.    If you do not want to use any of the optional services, you do not need to send back Attachment B.

3.    Yes – you may opt into any of these optional services at a later point in time. In such case, simply send SIS Operations the Attachment B and they will be able to assist you in setting up these features.

Hope this helps.

Kind regards,

Ashley
