Sample Form C
Hello,
If we send our Form C and realize that we need to revise it before the digits are announced, are we able to resubmit a new one or once it's sent there are no changes allowed?
Thanks,
Lori

Hi Lori,
A carrier can send one or multiple Form C until the Digit Announcement.
If a carrier sends more than one From C, then these will be seen as “additions” and not as “replacements”. Hence, if you have reported a coupon on the Form C and submit it, then you cannot remove it with a subsequent Form C submission.
Each submitted Form C will be sent to the receiving carrier (carrier originally sending the provisional billing).
Please note:
The rules and process described above is the SIS process.
It is up to the Form C receiving carrier to analyze if his system is able to receive and process multiple Form C files.
Best regards

In addition to the answer given a couple of weeks ago, we would like to emphasize, that this is a SIS Forum and we answer the questions regarding the SIS system.
This means that RAM rules still apply.
If the RAM does not allow multiple Form C for the same Form A/B – then you are not allowed to so. Unless you have a bilateral agreement with the other carrier that supersedes the RAM.
