Move to Production
Dear Sir， I have two questions：
1. Xiamen Airline has sent the copy of IS Participation Agreement on 25 oct, when will we receive the signed copy back to us?
2. We have received the "SIS Certification Report" from the IS Sandbox to show that we have passed the certification of the Non Sample Prime Billing. But our passenger billing information in Member profile is still "not tested". Is there anything we need to do to help us to move to production? |

Dear Zhiyun, 1/ SIS Operations have received your hard copies of the agreement and are in the process of getting the signed copy back to you. Please allow them the next couple weeks to arrive at MF’s office. 2/ Your SIS Certification report was indeed received and acknowledged by SIS Ops – this information is now reflected on both the SIS Member List and in your Member Profile.
