Sample Form D & E
Sample Form D & E is not defined as an 'other type' category. If a migrated sample carrier bills a non-migrated carrier, must the non-migrated carrier submit the Sample Form D & E back to the billing carrier via IS-IDEC or SIS-WEB? Or, can the Sample Form D & E be a paper document since these forms are defined as 'other types' and not 'rejections'? |

Dear Kathy,
Following my last post, please find below the reply from the Sampling Committee:
In principle the "migration rule" is confirming that a migrated carrier billing a non-migrated carrier is not obliged to accept any more paper after migration. If migrated carrier A bills sampling Form A/B to non-migrated carrier B, carrier B must submit Forms C and Forms D/E via IS-IDEC or IS-WEB.
Hope this clarifies.
