Remove RC 8L
The billing rule in RAM regarding GEBATs has been deleted since 01JAN2010, consequently RC 8L Charges on GEBATs can be removed. |

The RAWG has discussed this and thinks 8L should be removed. It should be reflected in the next release of the ISPG (ticket #102). |
