Miscellaneous - Mandatory Supporting Documents
Hi,
For Miscellaneous Billings, what Charge Categories and Codes have have to have (mandatory) Supporting Documents submitted through the IS-WEB?
From reading the ISPG its seems only Mishandled Baggage supporting documents might be mandatory.
Please clarify.

Dear Georgina,
There are no supporting documents that are mandatory for any given Charge Code, only mandatory information have to be provided according to the Charge Category/Code.
