Digital Signature
Hi,
I am writing with a question about the digital signature. Does SIS have a way of distinguishing which companies/regions can accepto digital signatures and which can´t? Reason being, there are countries in South America which do not allow digitial signatures (for tax law purposes). Do we set this up in the member profile?
Also, without a digital signature, an entity must print out all invoices, sign and upload to SIS - is this correct?
Thanks very much in advance for your guidance on this topic.
Sincerley,
Allison

Dear Allison,
In SIS, Digital Signature will be available where we will have audited that either e-Invoicing requires DS or where our supplier will be able to provide the service.
This will be set up in the Member Profile and only countries available will be displayed.
Without DS, you will have to follow the process you do today - print if required - no need to sign and upload in SIS.
Hope this clarifies.
Best regards
