If a migrated carrier bills a non-migrated carrier and there is other commision billed, where does that get placed in the down convered IDEC?
Thanks,
Lori

Dear Lori,

Please refer to the ISPG 3.1.1 Section 11.3.4.1/Downgrade of IS-Format data to Old IDEC format. In the table on pg. 213, please see the Interline Service Charge (%), where, "if a non-zero value is available in ‘Other Commission Amount’ of IS data, then % will be calculated as [‘ISC Amount’ + ‘UATP Amount’ + ‘Other Commission Amount’] upon ‘Coupon Gross Value/Applicable Local Fare’, rounded (closest) to 2 decimals".

Hope this helps.
Best regards
