Location Code in Mishandling Baggage

Hello, The 'Location Code' is a mandatory field for Charge Code 'Mishandling Baggage' (5.2.6.14 Ground Handling Mishandling Baggage ). However, in some cases we are not able to detect where the baggage lost. For the itinerary ATL/AMS/IST, it might have lost either in Atlanta, Amsterdam or Istanbul. So, how does this field to be validated in such a case ?

Dear Yusuf,

Location code is not specific to ground handling Charge Category / Charge Code. We require this field in most of the Charge Category.

As you invoice out of IST I assume that the correct location code will be IST if you do not have the location where the luggage was mishandle.

Best Regards

Bruno
