Misc - Receipt of Files
Hi,
If I am not cut-over to will I receive the billing information from both cut-over and non cut-over entities on my Form 1 and Form 3 or will I have to extract billing data from the cut-over entities from IS-WEB and from non cut-over entities on the Form 1 and Form 3?

Dear Georgina,
The F1 report will show invoice sources, so whether from ICH Web or SIS, you will be able to see where the data that contributes to the Form 3 balance originated. There is also a duplicate invoice report in the ICH which will show potential duplicate billings in case the other party has entered the invoice through SIS and ICH Web.

Please can you tell me where I can get a sample file of the Form 1 (CSV) which includes this SIS indicator. Since, whilst we are non-migrated, we will rely on Form 1 for ALL our inward (Payables) claims from both migrated and non-migrated carriers, we need to ensure the presence of this SIS indicator does not affect the integration into our ERP.
