what is the use of paper invoices after go live within 3 months
Hi!
According to ISPG, after go live, we still need to send paper invoices to billed carrier for lasting three months, to make clear, which incluing paper tickets(fim and others)? During this period, if the amount in paper invoices received from billing carrier is different from IS-IDEC or E-invoicing(with DS), which should be considered as correct? Can we understand the paper invoices just looked as the physical supporting documents? |
