Form C SFI 51 Element 7b
Currently this is a filler of 4 A/N and we do not see on the form c header record or this record a reference to the provisional month and year. We suggest to use this field YYMM to be the provisional month and year.

Dear Lori,
SFI 51 Element 7b will continue to be a filler of 4 A/N. The Provisional Month and Year information is presented in the Invoice Header record (Element # 22).
