IS-IDEC Down Converted vs IS-XML
Hi all,
In case fully migrated billing carrier sends P invoice in IS-XML format, this file will also be converted to IS-IDEC down converted file for non-migrated billed carrier ?

Dear Yusuf,
Yes - the input format of the billing carrier does not affect the receiving format of the billed carrier. This is one of the main flexibilities of SIS.
