SFI 31 - Remarks Element 11,12,13,14
Should these elements be Optional?
If you only have one sentence in element 10 (Remarks) why would the next 4 elements be mandatory?

Lori,
This has been corrected. Only the 1st occurance in Prorate Slip Breakdown, Reason Breakdown and Invoice Footer details needs to be mandatory.
This is being release in ISPG 3.1.
