Submission of Usage File (Modified Record 50 File)
Hi
re ISPG 11.3.5.3. Post-Sales Processing / Value Determination
This section states It is not known whether customers subscribing to current AIA process of ‘Post-Sales Processing’ (in future known as ‘Value Determination’ in SIS) can still continue to interact directly with ATPCO when SIS goes live. If there is an IATA decision that this process will be routed only via IS, then such Usage files would have to be sent to IS instead of sending them directly to AIA.
When will a decision be made re the Submission of Usage Files?

Dear Konda,
The Value Determination function will be implemented in SIS for Release 1.1 (April 2012). Until then carriers will follow the same process as today.
From then on, in principle, carriers will have to go through SIS – e.g. send the usage file to SIS and receiving the R6, R97 and R98 back from SIS.
Kind regards
