We would like to be confirmed that if we could provide mutiple reason codes for one single RM,CM,or BM.

I don't like this answer.
the application of multiple REASON CODES per RM, CM, or BM defeats the purpose of classifying the reason for a RM, CM, or BM.

can you please clarify your answer?
The file specs allows 1 reason code on the RM/CM/BM records, and upto 10 RM/CM/BM Reason Breakdown records per a RM/CM/BM.
Are you mixing up Reason Codes with Reason Breakdown records?

I have discussed this internally again and would like to confirm that there can only be one Reason Code per memo (RM/CM/BM) and up to 10 Reason Breakdown Records.
