Incomplete files
When you put the zip files on the sFTP server at billing output generation date, do you mark them differently as long as they are incomplete (e.g. by giving a different file extension)? Or how do we know as from when we can download the files?
Thanks and best regards,

Dear Elias,
The output file are only generated when they are completely ready.
There are no “incomplete files” posted on the FTP server.
When SIS has created the files and prepared them for the carriers to download, the SIS system is sending an alert to the carriers.
The alert is sent to all email addresses as defined by each carrier in their member profile (by Billing Category).
regards
