Pax coupon data record element 34
Hi
The PAX - Coupon Data Record validation for element no 34 states incase of ''E'' ticket the Settlement Authorization Code (SAC) should be populated. But currently we do uplift ''E'' tickets without a SAC code. For such transactions we will not be able to provide the SAC code. Can we make this element optional

Thank you for the suggestion. This has been made optional in ISPG Release 3.1.

How was this decision made? Making this an optional field is going to open a can of worms.
On the IS-IDEC spec, this element is currently defined as "C" (conditional), provide if E-ticket indcator field = ''E''.
