Suspension flag

Hi

Will appreciate if we could get response to following scenarios :

a. If EK is billing carrier X who is suspended from ICH should we transmit the value Y in the Suspended Invoice Flag field under Pax Invoice Header Record or is this field applicable only for SIS.

b. If EK is suspended and is billing carrier Y an ICH member, should we transmit the value Y in the Suspended Invoice Flag field under Pax Invoice Header Record or is this field applicable only for SIS.

The Suspended Flag is an Output only field. This will be populated by IS.

So in both cases above, this field should not be populated by the billing carrier. This field is only for IS to output the values. IS will populate 'Y' in this case and provide it to the billed carrier.
