Validation results via file?
Hi all.
Would you please consider to provide some kind of file that is automatically produced on a daily basis with all validation results on invoice level? In this way we could create an automatic load process and flag the invoices accordingly in our revenue accounting system.
The current email alert solution requires manual intervention to transfer these updates.

Claudia,
The validation report will be generated and placed on the FTP server. The layout of the Validation report is defined in ISPG Chapter 12.
The email alert is only in case of Validation failure where as the Validation report will be always generated irrrespective of the status of the validation.
