Prorate Notice Misshandeld Baggage

is it correct that the prorate notices for misshandled baggage in case of damage or loss will be send electronically via SIS?

Hi Anita,
No, that is not correct. Prorate notices must be communicated directly between baggage claims offices. The resulting settlement values should be agreed between the baggage claims offices, and the value of the settlement included on the invoice as part of the mandatory/recommended data as described in the ISPG IS-XML spreadsheet or the RAM (to be published next month).
