SFI 43 - RM/BM/CM number has no comment/validation
Hi all.
Referring to ISPG 3.1
SFI 43 - Sampling Form D Coupon Prorate Slip Breakdown Record
Rejection/Billing/Credit Memo Number (Element 8). There are no comments or validations. Usually, there is "should be blank filled" or "should be zero filled" in such cases. Please check for consistency

You are right. This field should be blank filled.
This has been updated in the final ISPG 3.1.
