How is sandbox member profile synchronized with production environment?
As far as we know, participant will update member profile before SIS go-live in sandbox, and member profile will be moved to production system when SIS goes live.
My concern is, after SIS goes live, if a participant wants to update its member profile, will it update in sandbox or in production system? If they need to update in sandbox, then what is the synchronising mechanism between sandbox and production system after SIS go-live?

Please find the response to your question in red below:
As far as we know, participant will update member profile before SIS go-live in sandbox, and member profile will be moved to production system when SIS goes live. – This is correct.
If a participant wants to update its member profile, will it update in sandbox or in production system? – After SIS Go-live, participants will do their member profile updates in Production only.
