Element 32 in Pax- Coupon Data Record
Hi
For Handling fee billing is it mandatory to report the Handling Fee type (Element no 32 in PAX - Coupon Data Record), can we report a blank filler.

Hi,
Since blank is one of the valid values, Element no 32 (Handling Fee Type) can be left blank even if Handling Fee Amount is populated.
