regarding the added element of 'FIM/BM/CM indicator'

Hi

As for the FIM/BM/CM indicator new added in PAX-Rejection Memo Rec(element73), we want to know whether this indicator should be limited by Source Code(element 12)is it possible that the SC is 04, but the FIM/BM/CM indicator is 'F'.

Hi,

From a pure IS functionality point of view the indicator FIM/BM/CM should be populated whenever the field FIM/Billing/Credit Memo Numer field of the Rejection Memo record has been populated.

As per the RAM rule, FIMs, when rejected, should have source codes 44,45, 46 in the case of 1st, 2nd and 3rd stage rejection, respectively. We expect the airlines should follow the RAM rule when raising RMs.
