iiNet for testing
As iiNet is the only mechanism to test XML messages, can a supplier do it for free via iiNET Online?
If a Supplier intends to use IS-NET for sending messages, there appears to be no mechanism to validate / test the file integrity outside of the live environment. No way to flag a message to IS NET etc. This appears to be a large design oversight.
If I am wrong please advise a.s.a.p.

Hi David,
Yes - the usage of iiNet is free regardless of the means of transmission. It is not envisaged that IS-Web-only users would require certification for uploading files, as it is expected that they will capture the invoices manually.
Best regards
