Element 18 and 19 for FIM
Hi
RAM Chap A10 3.1.5 states if both coupons of a FIM are issued for the same receiving carrier and are related to the same invoice both FIM coupons may be included on one Rejection memo.
We would like to know how PAX - Rejection Memo Rec of IS IDEC handle this rule. Element 18 of the record states FIM number to be provided and Element 19 states FIM coupon number to be provided. How will element 19 handle multiple coupons i.e. 1 & 2.
