Old IDEC/down converted file testing
In March 2011 SIS bulletin, it is stated that a sample down converted file will be provided for testing. (I hope it will have more than a handful of transactions in it across multiple billing entities and billing periods).
Will this sample file contain a merge of down converted (SIS prime billing transactions from migrated billing carriers) and old idec (transactions received from non-migrated billing carriers) data similar to what will be received in production?
What is the target date for this sample Old IDEC/down converted file? |

Dear Konda, This item was discussed and decided by the SIS Steering Group. The sample down converted file will be available early May 2011. It will be a small file, just covering all the situations as described in the presentation Technical Migration (please see RA44 BUD and following industry meetings). In September, during the last Pilot cycle – when we are sure the process is correct – all billings of the Pilot carriers will be “down converted” and this file will be made available to the “real billed” carrier. As for whether or not the file will contain a merge of down-converted and old IDEC, the answer is no, the file will only contain down-converted billings. Hello,
Is this file labeled in the files from version 3.2? I don't see it out there?
Thanks,
Lori - DL

Prime coupons only in the Non-Sampling Invoice ii. All coupons in Sampling Provisional Invoice b. Offline archive data containing listings and supporting documents. The following are not included in the archives: i. E-Invoice documents (invoice PDFs and legal XML files) ii. Memos in HTML format Best regards From: LIEN Lori [mailto:lori.lien@delta.com] Posted At: Tuesday, July 26, 2011 4:53 PM Posted To: SIS Forums - Other Topics Conversation: Old IDEC/down converted file testing Subject: Old IDEC/down converted file testing Is this file labeled in the files from version 3.2?
