sandbox testing

Dear sirs,

The sandbox allow us to upload the IS format files and may receive a validation report.  Reciprocally, can we download
the files which uploaded by other carriers for inward billing
testing ?

Dear IATA,

Could you pls advise on following query, as I have similar query as weel?

We would need to be able to test if we are able to :-
(i) Access IS-Web to download IS-XML inward billings, and also manually key in IS-XML outward billings ;
(ii) View, initiate and respond to correspondences in IS-Web.
(iii) Access to IS-Web Correspondence Tracker Sheet.

Thank you.

Best regards.

Dear Kin Wong/Huei Phua,

Please find the answers to your questions (in blue) as follows:

The sandbox allow us to upload the IS format files and may receive a validation report. Reciprocally, can we download the files which uploaded by other carriers for inward billing testing ?

Data uploaded in the Sandbox will (1) receive a validation report, and (2) be deleted automatically after it has been validated. (Please refer to the Sign-Up and Certification Guide, Section 5.2 for further details). Therefore, it will not be possible to download other carriers' files for your inward billing testing. However, we will make sample files available for this purpose.

We would need to be able to test if we are able to :-

(i) Access IS-Web to download IS-XML inward billings, and also manually key in IS-XML outward billings ;

(ii) View, initiate and respond to correspondences in IS-Web.

(iii) Access to IS-Web Correspondence Tracker Sheet.

IS-Web will not be available during Sandbox. For the purpose of getting acquainted with this interface, we will make available soon the Computer-Based Tutorial (CBT), which will provide guidance on invoice capturing in IS-Web.

Best regards

Dear Ashley,

Thank you for your feedback, may I ask when the sample files are available for testing ? Moreover, are both IS-IDEC and IS-XML files available ?

Thanks.
