The SIS User Guide explains that Misc payables invoices can be downloaded from IS-WEB in a ZIP file. p.260 says;
Step 15 - Enter applicable .zip file name
Step 16 - Click download invoice.... you will be notified as per your profile settings one the required information is ready for retrieval [File: jal.zip] is displayed
My question is, how do we actually retrieve this file?! Does it just pop up on screen as a windows download dialogue box as a normal ZIP download file would do from any other websitee? Or must we access and download via iiNet?
We are working out our interim process prior to full migration and need to know how we will access the inward payable PDFs for invoices raised against us. It seems the above solution proposed by IATA is a good solution - but just need to know the detail of how we will actually get to the file! The User Guide is good at explaing what the screen functionality does, but not very good at explaining context or process!
Many thanks, Russell (BD)

Subject: Supporting Documents and Offline Archive File
Hi Elias,
As a billed airline, if you need supporting documents, then the Member profile will have to be setup accordingly and it will be provided in the Offline Archive File.
In addition to this IS will provide supporting documents for individual invoices from IS-WEB. There is no other file provided by IS which has the supporting document details.
Best regards

Subject: Supporting Documents and Offline Archive File
As a billed airline, will I receive the supporting documents only within the Offline Archive File, or will you provide them in a separate file as well? If there is a separate file, what would be the naming conventions?
Thanks
Elias
