Dear Gulzhanat,

Please note that I have also replied to this question in another post in this discussion board titled 'SIS Participation Agreement'.

The IS Participation Agreement is still being finalised with the SIS Steering Group. It has not been released to the industry yet. We are still looking at allowing 2 months for review by the participants and return of the signed copy to IATA. It is a multilateral agreement, stabdard for all participants, and will have a RAM chapter of its own.

The IS Participation Agreement needs to be signed prior to accessing the IS Web platform or the Sandbox.

Hope this helps.
