Charge Code : Parking
Hi,
Please can you clarify the use of the "flight number" field?
It may not always be relevant - for instance, if we lease out parking space in our maintenance hangar to another carrier we wouldn't have this information.
In which case (as it is a mandatory field, and would presumably fail validation) is it permissible to use a pseudo flight number of XX0000?
Thanks, Russell (BD) |

Hi Russell,
In order to answer this question, would you please clarify whether the invoice charges are related to Maintenance or Airport (Charge Category)?
Thanks

Hi Ashley,
For the scenario below I was assuming we would use Airport : Parking (5.2.2.3). Would you suggest there is a more appropriate category/code to bill under?
Thanks,Russell

Hi Russell, If the charge is purely associated with parking, then you can use Airport-Parking. If there are maintenance charges involved, then it would be more appropriate to use Engineering-Misc.
