Numeration of supporting document zip packages
Hello,
do we have to number the daily supporting document zip packages without a gap beginning with 1 or is it possible to only transfer zip package number 20 without transferring packages 1 to 19, for example?
Best regards

Dear Marco,
There is no validation done by SIS on the sequence number provided in the batch supporting document file name. The sequence number is added in order to have unique file names for the carrier uploading the batch supporting documents.
So as per your example, if you use a zip file with number 20 and have not transferred files from 1 to 19 earlier, it will be accepted by the system.
Best regards
