Standard Date Formate in IS-xml

We'd like to know the Standard Date Format for IS-xml v3.1 is YYYY-MM-DD or YYYYMMDD?

Please refer to IS XML Standard v3.1.1; line# 696 'Flight date', Column R 'Values'.
We just want to make sure that if type="DT", format will be YYYY-MM-DD instead of YYYYMMDD.

The 'Flight Date' field you referred to above has the date format YYYYMMDD and not YYYY-MM-DD.

We just want to make sure that if type="DT", format will be YYYY-MM-DD instead of YYYYMMDD.

I am a bit confused by your reply.
What do you mean by "has the date format YYYYMMDD and not YYYY-MM-DD"?
Do you mean that  'YYYYMMDD' is correct format for date, and XML made a mistake?
 
Also please find the attachment. It's a screenshot of the element I referred to.
Please clarify.

My sincere apologies regarding this topic. The IS-XML is correct, which means the Flight Date field format is YYYY-MM-DD (not YYYYMMDD like I have previously said). Sorry again about this mix-up.
