Archiving outward (AR) invoices
At present, (for Misc invoices) we generate invoices to other carriers from our ERP system. In the event of any query, or upon request from an authority, we can easily re-generate the legal invoice from our ERP system.
Under SIS, we understand IATA will become responsible for generating the legal invoice on our behalf. As we cannot get IATA to regenerate the legal invoice, is it your view that billing carriers should download and save a copy of the AR invoice that you have generated?

Hi Russell,
Yes, this should be done for your own auditing requirements.
Best regards
