Removing Paper Invoices

Hello,

In some presentations, there is a phrase “Migrated billing carriers may remove the paper invoice three (3) months after migration”

Is it enough for Migrated carriers to remove paper invoices in case of migration in just one Category, or should they complete the migration in all categories?

Regards,

Dear Erdem,

A billing entity can stop sending paper invoices after 3 months of having migrated a billing category (invoices of this category) - no need to migrate all the categories in order to do this.

Kind regards
