SFI 10, element 27: blank as an option?
Hi all.
Record SFI 10 Element 27 "Invoice Type". Should this field be blank filled in case of Billing Code = 4 (Form C)? This is how we received in the test file that was provided but there is no such comment on the field in the ISPG 3.1.
Please advise.
