Consolidated monthly file
Is the consolidated monthly file only available for Sample carrier provisional billings? Or is it available for all billings into a billed carrier? |

The optional monthly consolidated file is only provided for Sampling Provisional Billing (Form A and B).
Please note, that this file is in addition to the weekly file
It is up to the receiving carrier to set up the processes correctly, in order to process the billings only once.
