SISReceivablesIndexTransmissionV3.2.xsd
Dear SIS,
We have more questions about supporting documents.
All we have SISReceivablesIndexTransmissionV3.2.xsd
Please explain:
1. Why element MemoFileName is necessary?
2. For what the element MemoFileName is intended?
3. Why block BatchDetails does not contain the information about: LineItemDetailsAttachments, AttachmentNumber, AttachmentFileName?
4. Why the element BreakdownDetails is absent? |
 |
Dear Anna,
1. MemoFileName is mandatory if BatchDetails are populated.
2. This is for Passenger and Cargo only.
3. It is the invoice line item details that refer to the attachments and not the other way around.
4. We feel that this is not required - please can you clarify your concern for this particular element?
Best regards

We have compared 2 schemes: SISPayablesIndexTransmissionV3.2.xsd and SISReceivablesIndexTransmissionV3.2.xsd. We have found that in SISPayablesIndexTransmissionV3.2.xsd this element is there, but in SISReceivablesIndexTransmissionV3.2.xsd it is absent. Why?

Dear Ashley,
I would like to know more details.
1. In my another question about Supporting Attachments i should to refer to sample files for Miscellaneous for example. Here you told that that element is need for passenger and cargo only.
Could you send us the example with MemoFileName
2. In what case BatchDetails are populated ?
3. At the end, where we can read about element MemoFileName? Maybe you could explain us. |
