Dear TingHo,

In the ISPG 3.2 package, there are both outward and inward sample files. The outward files can be used for Payables testing. These files can be downloaded from the SIS website, under the IS Participation Guide page.

Best regards

Hi Ashley

Looking at the example files provided, such as PAX_Non_Sampling_IS-IDEC_Output_File.dat, it has 41 lines in total (basically 1 coupon, 1 RM, 1 BM and 1 CM). In production, we would be expecting files with > 100,000 lines.

Does the SIS project really believe that this sample file is adequate to test our inward billing processes?  Would such an input file be adequate for SIS Certification?

I am aware the SIS project has been asked to provide more comprehensive output files for carrier's to test their inward billing processes.  Has any steps been taken to address these requests? Or do we have to wait until SIS go live when we will receive production billing files from Pilot carriers to test our inward billing processes? This would be totally unsatisfactory.

I can't stress how important this is for carrier's preparation for SIS migration.  Can the SIS Project provide an adequate response to industry on this subject?

Konda/QF
