PAX Rejection Memo Record
Element No. 18 and 19
If a carrier uses 1 coupon per 1 reject memo record, can element no. 18 be 'ticket number' (not restricted to only FIM number), and can element no. 19 be 'coupon number' (not restricted to only FIM coupon number)?
The above question is based on the IS ACH Manual of Procedure page 38 Rejection Memo Reason Codes for Passenger Billings states: ACH Participants - no more than one transaction on a rejection memo. |

Dear Kathy,
Element 18 and 19 cannot be used for specifying ticket number and coupon number information, respectively. It will fail in the validation process.
Best regards
