BT-657_IS Participation Agreement return_via Email
Dear SIS opertaion team,
hereby kindly ask you to provide clarification on the following requirement stayed in ''Simplified Interline Settlement (SIS) Bulletin - Sep 2011 - issue 1'': Email SIS Operations (sisoperations@iata.org) the completed sections of the agreement only.
Pls advice what exactly must be e-mailed? Scanned, signed pages of the IS Participation Agreement?

Hi Marina, By the instruction we mean that you need only to scan and email us back the sections of the IS Participation Agreement that you have filled out. So for example, if you did not fill out Attachment B (which means you do not choose to use any of the services listed), then you will not need to send back this part, nor any other sections of the agreement that do not require a signature (i.e. Attachments A, C-F). Hi Ashley,
thank you for the reply.
In fact we need to send all pages , except Option B of Attachement G, as per internal procedures in the agreement must remain all pages to in sequence without skipping any pages numbers.
We don't need services offered in attacement B , but we circled OFF option and sign it as well.
Thank you now procedure regarding e-mailing of the IS Participation agreement is clear.
