Sample Constant Validation

Will IS validate use of correct constant in case of Form F/XF?

FYI to all this was confirmed with SIS Project team at a meeting and here is the reply:
No. It will only validate if you have used the same constant in all the RM records of the From F / XF. I will not validate if the constant of the Form F is same as what was there in Form D/E.
