Miscellaneous Rejections - Multiple Rejections to a Single Original Invoice
Hi,
Are we allowed to generate more than one rejection invoice against a single original invoice?
Eg:
1. We receive invoice for $200
2. We reject $75 portion
3. We then realise that we want to reject an additional $25 for the same original invoice
Are we able to do this and will SIS allow multiple rejection transactions against a single original invoice? How will correspondence work in this instance?

Hi Georgina, Yes – this is possible, but only through IS-XML. In IS-Web, you can only do one rejection against an invoice. Best regards From: WILSON Georgina
