LIBF or RJZF?
We aware of some difference between sample file iata provided and the description in IS-IDEC structure v3.1.1
SFI50(file total record) position33-36, there is blank filled in sample file, however ‘9999’ is filled in IS-IDEC structure.
SFI50(file total record) position161-162, there is blank filled in sample file, however ‘00’ is filled in IS-IDEC structure.
SFI30(SC total Record) position134, there is a blank filled in sample file ,however '0' is filled in IS-IDEC structure.
Please make sure of it, Thank you!

Dear WangQi,
1) SFI 50 position 33-36 should be 9999. The sample file has been fixed in Release 3.2
2) SFI 50 position 161-162 should be blank filled. This has been fixed in Release 3.2
3) SFI 30 position 134 should be blank filled. This has been fixed in Release 3.2.
