Populate all value fields when rejecting?
When raising a 1st Stage RM, do all the accepted values have to be populated even if that element has been accepted?. I appreciate if ISC, O.Comm or UATP is rejected the Gross value is also required, as it directly relates to these rejected values. However, if tax is the only value being rejected to we need to provide Gross Billed and Gross Accepted etc?

Dear Matt,
If Tax is the only value being rejected then there is no need to populate all the remaining amounts.
