Transfer to OLDIDEC
Reading ISPG3.1.1(p206,p207) , OLDIDEC is switched from ATPCO to SIS from 2011/9.
However, reading material(Technical Migration) of "2nd SIS Awareness Regional Workshop - BEIJING, China (Apr 2011)", OLDEIDEC is still ATPCO even if SIS goes live(2011/9).
We think the comment of ISPG is correct,doesn't it? |

Dear Yamazaki,
Old IDEC will be handled by ATPCO for a period of time after SIS goes live. For the moment, the Beijing Workshop presentation contains the most updated information we have regarding the technical aspects of go-live.
As the ISPG v 3.1.1 does not currently contain the same information, the old IDEC section will be updated in the next release (3.2).
