Correspondence process - Input & Output
Hi
With reference to the correspondence process can the billing entity send the correspondence details in IDEC/XML format and also can the Billed entity receive the correspondence details in IDEC/XML formats? Pls revert |

Dear Nilesh,
According to the ISPG 3.1.1 Chapter 5.6/Rejection & Correspondence process, correspondence can only be done via IS-Web.
Please also refer to the table in Chapter 2.3 outlining the available formats for submitting and receiving invoice data in SIS.

After your answer i´ve noticed that the Audit Trail
Rejection & Correspondence History
are only available via Web. Does this includes also the reports mentioned in the chapter 12.1.2 , Like the daily revenue and processed invoice reports?

Dear Micaela,
The daily revenue recognition report in case of auto-billing, and processed invoice reports are automatically generated if has been requested for them in the Member Profile. These reports files can be downloaded via iiNET.
